Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk (A/R Billing Clerk) is responsible for correctly billing clients for goods/services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices and email them to clients/customers
  • Communicate with Customer Service and Shipping teams to obtain the information necessary to accurately create the client/customer invoices
  • Resolve discrepancies that clients/customers may have with their billing
  • Help with reconciliation of sales order records with shipping documents

Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, providing product/service information, answering questions, and resolving any problems that our clients may face ensuring that their   experience with the company is positive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter orders from clients/customers
  • Provide information regarding the status of client/customer orders
  • Listen to and resolve customers’ concerns, issues, and questions
  • Provide introductory information to new customers
  • Follow up with clients/customers to check that they are satisfied with any purchases
  • Inform clients/customers about additional products and services
  • Escalate problems and concerns
  • Work with production and other team members to find appropriate solutions to problems

Material Handler

Job Summary:

The Material Handler is required support the production floor by efficiently replenishing, moving, sorting and recycling PVC compound in a manufacturing setting where vinyl records are produced.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Replenish PVC compound to keep up with production of record presses
  • Read production schedule to determine what color of compound is required for each press
  • Replenish each press with the appropriate color until the job is complete
  • Assist in job changeovers when a compound color change is required 
  • Recycle PVC compound 
  • Gather recyclable compound by-products from the production floor and transfer that by-product to the sorting/recycling area
  • Sort the by-product by color and prep for recycling
  • Use grinding machinery to recycle by-product and transfer the recycled by-product compound into bins
  • Weigh, tag and record completed bins of recycled compound
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Other duties within department that may be assigned
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Ability to follow instructions to carry out assignments
  • Knowledge of warehouse equipment, forklift, reach lift, pallet jack
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding workload with heavy lifting and moving

Vinyl Record Press Operator

Job Summary:

The Vinyl Press Operator operates a vinyl record pressing machine to produce high-quality records.  This position is also required to check the finished product for good quality.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Start and shut down presses & monitor their operations
  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality of finished product
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned production area 
  • Consistently meet production schedule plan by reading and understanding the schedule
  • Complete necessary documentation for jobs being pressed and completed
  • Maintain a constant visual on product produced and perform visual quality inspections on records pressed on your machines
  • Determine and report press and product malfunctions to appropriate personnel
  • Communicate effectively with managers, supervisor and other associates
  • Follow all safety and company policies and procedures
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Ability to follow and read instructions/schedules to carry out assignments
  • Comfortable in working around heavy duty machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all associates
