Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, providing product/service information, answering questions, and resolving any problems that our clients may face ensuring that their   experience with the company is positive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks, including installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure machinery remains operational.  This position also performs general facilities maintenance.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Install new production equipment
  • Service and maintain equipment including motors, conveyor systems, and other related production equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns
  • Fabricate parts for repair and machine upgrades
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery and facilities

Material Handler

Job Summary:

The Material Handler is required support the production floor by efficiently replenishing, moving, sorting and recycling PVC compound in a manufacturing setting where vinyl records are produced.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Replenish PVC compound to keep up with production of record presses
  • Read production schedule to determine what color of compound is required for each press
  • Replenish each press with the appropriate color until the job is complete
  • Assist in job changeovers when a compound color change is required 
  • Recycle PVC compound 
  • Gather recyclable compound by-products from the production floor and transfer that by-product to the sorting/recycling area
  • Sort the by-product by color and prep for recycling
  • Use grinding machinery to recycle by-product and transfer the recycled by-product compound into bins
  • Weigh, tag and record completed bins of recycled compound
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Prepress Technician

Job Summary:

The Prepress Technician places client artwork in preset templates and ensures that images and text are ready to be printed on various surfaces. This position uses a variety of graphic software to perform these functions.    

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and openly to discern client or design team needs and vision and to discuss realistic options for realizing that vision
  • Analyze files provided by clients and assess suitability for printing, checking, and double-checking critical aspects of images and text
  • Troubleshoot and fix file issues, including alignment, color and other image and typography problems, as well as manipulating for bleed and binding or returning to client for correction
  • Create proofs for client, making needed adjustments in response to feedback, then meticulously create new proofs until final design is approved
  • Double-check proofs for quality, including clarity and alignment, before sending to print vendors
  • Export PDFs of approved files according to print vendor specifications
  • Maintain tidiness of work area, including keeping computers and printing equipment clean and in good repair
  • Perform light maintenance of equipment, including software updates and replacement of consumable supplies as needed

Job Summary:

The Receiving/Inventory Clerk receives, inspects and accurately records shipments of print and other materials.  This position is responsible for unloading the packages, checking the contents of those packages to ensure it matches what was ordered, and stock the packages appropriately.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greet/unload inbound trucks and containers
  • Verify quality and accuracy of goods received 
  • Enter electronic receipts into CODA for goods received
  • Kits print components requested by packaging department & delivers to designated WIP area
  • Audit racking to ensure accuracy of inventory by location
  • Complete requests made by other departments (inventory verification requests, ship print requests, etc.)
  • Upon job completion, pulls print from designated WIP areas, verifies and updates counts in CODA, returns to stock

Job Summary:

The Recruiter/HR Generalist will support the overall operations of the Human Resources Department with primary focus on companywide recruiting. They will assist in areas of performance management, employee relations, staff development and a wide range of HR Generalist duties as needed.

Vinyl Record Press Operator

Job Summary:

The Vinyl Press Operator operates a vinyl record pressing machine to produce high-quality records.  This position is also required to check the finished product for good quality.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Start and shut down presses & monitor their operations
  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality of finished product
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned production area

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for keeping the warehouse areas organized by cleaning, packing away product, and moving product around the warehouse.

  • Perform daily inventory of packaging consumables (corrugate, gloves, shrink wrap, etc.)
  • Ensure packaging consumables are stocked and readily available for the Packaging Team
  • Keep recycled cardboard bins rotated and emptied
